Les Résidences Paradise

Located at the Hydrobase in Saint-Louis, where the Senegal River meets the Atlantic Ocean, Les Résidences Paradise is conceived as a 23,000 m² tourism and residential complex.

More than a collection of individual buildings, the project is organized as a small urban ecosystem bringing together hospitality, residential life, landscape, wellbeing, gastronomy and cultural and spiritual spaces.

The masterplan is structured around several complementary components: a hotel complex, a landscaped central park, a wellbeing and gastronomy hub, residential villas and integrated residences, and a cultural and spiritual heart.

The architectural language favors material depth and proportion over ostentation.

Earth-based finishes, brick and terracotta establish a strong relationship with the landscape and climate of Saint-Louis.

The arch becomes a recurring architectural device throughout the project. Beyond its visual role, it frames views, creates depth and shade, and contributes to the climatic performance of the buildings.

Mineral textures are balanced with darker joinery, timber elements and palm-wood finishes to create a tactile and sensory architectural environment.

Passive climatic principles are integrated into the architectural and landscape strategy.

Building forms encourage natural cross-ventilation, while arches contribute to solar protection and shaded transition spaces.

The central landscaped park acts as a climatic and social connector between the different parts of the development.

The landscape strategy favors resilient vegetation suited to the local environment, while the use of locally sourced materials strengthens the project's relationship with place.
